C.1880. A Victorian pavé turquoise bangle. Five domes set with pavé turquoise stones and a pearl at each center make the beautiful front. The stones go all the way around the back, so the entire outer surface of the bangle has a pavé-set. The bangle is crafted in silver gilt, which was proper and typical material for a style like this in the Victorian period. The hinge and push clasp are all secure and in great working order. The engraving inside reads 'E M Brooks'. The bangle weighs 34.96 grams, and it is comfortable when worn. Overall the bangle is in very good condition.
