An utterly pretty 'Happy Jardinière' brooch that is set with diamonds and gemstones. The brooch is beautifully made with the blue enamel applied openwork basket and pierced ornamental gold work bottom. The bouquet of diamonds, ruby and sapphire cabochons and emeralds present bright and cheery vibes. The brooch is mounted in gold and platinum, and the gold tests 14-18k. This piece is dated to the early to mid 20th century. It looks stunning on a lapel. The clasp is secure and in good working order with an extra lock mechanism. Overall this brooch is in great condition.
