C.1911. A gorgeous and timeless Edwardian gold heart locket. The locket is crafted in 18k yellow gold, and adorned with an old cut diamond and ruby. The diamond is white and bright, and the ruby has the prettiest and vivid pink hue. The back of the heart displays small engravings: 4.XI.11 (the dates 4.11.11) and 1.8.11.  The locket is a nice medium-large size, and we love the simplicity of it, as it is always hard to find a high karat heart antique locket without major monograms on it. There are two photo compartments inside of the locket that remain empty without glasses. The locket opens and closes in good working order, and overall it is in very good condition.
