One of a kind antique carved dendritic agate amulet pendant. The pendant is set with the asymmetrical 18k gold cap, and has a large oval-shaped bail to accommodate different types of chains. The hand-hammered finish in gold feels tactile, and we love the original bail with the raised edges. The agate is accentuated with a hammer-set diamond. The antique carved agate is most likely Chinese in origin, and the gold is set in the late 20th century. There is '750' mark for 18k gold, and '★ (star) 1757 FI', the Italian gold mark (year 1968 - date) & FI (Florence/Firenze). With its large scale, the pendant looks striking and stylish when worn. The agate is semi-translucent with the organic pattern. Overall this pendant is in great condition.
