C.1890. A Victorian mourning swivel double locket with an extra-long gold filled chain. The locket contains two portraits on either side: one female in a mourning outfit (hand-painted over a photograph), and one man in a jacket and tie. The locket is gold-filled, and it swivels nicely. It measures approximately 2” long. The chain, at a great length of 47 inches, is suitable and attractive for other pendant usage. Overall in good condition.
