An early 19th century armorial pendant. The 18k yellow gold pendant/medal features finely done hand-engravings on both sides. One side shows two fighting eagles with the Latin motto of 'SUBLIMI FERIAM SIDERA VERTICE'; 'With head lifted, I shall strike the stars', translated in English. The other side has the motto of 'TRIA JUNCTA IN UNO' over various elements including clasped hands and a glove. This Latin motto means 'Three joined into one'. Both sides are decorated with green enamel bows at the top.
