C.1900-1910. An Art Nouveau 18k gold locket. The locket has an unusual motif of a dog (greyhound or whippet?). It shows high relief work of a beautifully depicted dog, and the foliage design adorns around the figure. The locket also features a white and bright bezel-set diamond which is approximately .08 pt. There is a round shaped photo compartment when opened. A makers mark and 18k stamp are on the bale. Overall the locket is in very good condition.
