An exquisite Georgian/Regency era agate drop necklace. A combination of multicolored carved stones are set in 18k gold repoussé frames with the eight drops all around the necklace.  The push-in hidden clasp makes the necklace seamless when closed, and doesn't interfere with the design. The clasp is secure and in good working order. (A safety chain can be added if desired.) 
We fell in love with each stone- carnelian, banded agate, chalcedony, bullseye and moss agate, and how they look together with different patterns, colors and shapes. The necklace lays beautifully around the neck. The large bullseye has a 'hairline' half across, yet it is very superficial, and the stone is secure. Overall the necklace is in very good condition.
