A 19th Century Carnelian Swivel Scarab Ring. This listing is for the smaller scaled ring. (the one on the right in the third photo.) The carved carnelian is double-sided. The front is a domed scarab, and the other side depicts a hunting figure. Scarab is a symbol of rebirth and resurrection, and was often used in Egyptian revival jewelry as a popular motif. This ring is set in 18k yellow gold. The last photo shows this scarab swivel ring together. Overall in great condition.
